Mrs. Jennifer Salwender
Preschool Director

Ms. Salwender is our preschool director and teacher with nearly 9 years combined experience. In 2005, she earned a degree in Early Childhood Development from Saddleback Community College and is currently attending California State University -- Fullerton, where she is studying to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development. Additionally, given her passion and strong academic interest in this area, she also anticipates pursuing a Master's Degree in children's education or in a related field of study. Outside of her academic pursuits, Ms. Salwender proudly represents and sits on the School Board for Our Savior’s Lutheran School (OSLS), where she regularly contributes to the policy and operational decisions impacting the preschool's curriculum and overall educational environment. She has two children (7 and 10 years), each of whom attend OSLS, and is currently in her fifth year as director at this institution. With regard to her specific activities and responsibilities at OSLS, she currently oversees the operations for the preschool, as well as participates and/or chairs many of the school's committees, including service as the PTF parent helper and as co-chair of the technology committee. Clearly and without question, she considers her time and work at Our Savior’s Lutheran School as her dedicated mission, and her love for the Lord and community is a testament to her work here at OSLS.
Mrs. Julie Doyle

Julie is one of the first people you will talk to when calling Our Savior’s. She has a B.A. from Cal State Fullerton in Sociology and a MBA from National University. She began working in the office at Our Savior’s when her son started kindergarten here. Both her son and her daughter (who are now in college) are graduates of Our Savior’s. Julie is an avid quilter, scrapbooker, reader and gardener. She can’t imagine working anywhere besides Our Savior’s!
