Application for Admission
Enrollment for NEW "ELEMENTARY" STUDENTS at Our Savior's Lutheran School begins with filling out and turning in an "Application For Admission ." If accepted, you will receive an Enrollment Package containing additional forms to be filled out and returned.
You may stop by our office to pick up a copy of any of our applications or forms during our regular business hours, or you can download a PDF version of most of our applications and forms from our list below.
