Application for Admission
Enrollment for students at Our Savior's Lutheran School begins with filling out and turning in a Registration Form. If accepted, you will receive an Enrollment Package containing additional forms to be filled out and returned.
You may stop by our office to pick up a copy of any of our forms during our regular business hours, or you can download a PDF version of most of our forms from our list below.
