The governing boards and the administrators serve as the leaders for the school. The Pastor is the spiritual leader of the church and school. Together, they share a common vision for the growth and development of the school and the ministry of Christian education. The Administrators, under the guidance of the School Board oversee the staff, the students, the curriculum, and the running of the school. The School Board, under the guidance of the Church Council, establishes sound policies, works with the administrator, teachers, and staff, takes financial responsibilities, and establishes long range plans.
