Invitation Email
Parents of Our Savior's students should receive their TreeRing Invitation Email no later than November. This Email contains a link to activate and access your child's Yearbook account at TreeRing.com.
If you do not receive your TreeRing Invite Email, this could mean that our Email record for you is outdated or inaccurate, or your Email service or application may be filtering out Our Savior's or TreeRing Email.
If you have changed your Email address since last school year, please send an updated email address to yearbook@oursaviorsonline.com. Please include your name plus your child's name, grade and teacher. We will either add or update your account accordingly.
If you think that your Email service or Email application's Spam filter is blocking Our Savior's or TreeRing Email messages, please add the following Email addresses and/or domains to your "Allowed List:"

Logging In
To log in to your TreeRing account for the first time:
1. Open your TreeRing Invitation Email
2. Look for "Click on the link to get started!"
3. Click on the link, and then follow the onscreen directions.
If you have already accessed your account [including last year]:
1. Go directly to www.treering.com.
2. Click on <Sign In>.
3. Enter your Email address as your "User Name."
4. Enter your Password.
5. Click on <Sign In>.
If you forgot your password from last year:
1. Go directly to www.treering.com.
2. Click on <Sign In>.
3. Click on <Forgot your password?>.
4. Enter your Email address.
5. Click on <Submit>.
A temporary password will be sent to that Email account.
If you no longer have the Email account that you used for TreeRing last year, send us an Email.
Include:
· Your new email address
· Your name
· Your child's name
· Your child's grade
· Your child's teacher.
We will add or change this info in your permanent account and then send you an Email letting you know that this information has been updated.
If you do not have an account set up, you may also register yourself:
1. Go to www.treering.com.
2. Just below the "Sign In" button, click on <Register>.
3. Enter our school's Passcode: 1029384756.
4. Click on <Submit>.
5. Select <Parent> as your role, then add your first and last name, Email address, create a password and then confirm your password. Be sure to enter your correct Birthday.
6. Click on <I Accept, Create My Account>.
7. In the next box, enter the name of your child.
8. Select his or her name from the list of matching names, and then click on <Claim>.
a. If you have more than one child, click on <+Additional Child>, and then repeat the above process for each additional child.
b. If your child is not found within the list, click on <Student Not Listed?> and TreeRing will check with our records and then add your child accordingly.
